They canceled us several times. The first day was weather - which I understand the sea conditions, I am a boater and safety first. We rescheduled with them for the next day and they cancelled again due to weather but we actually para-sailed the day before no problem and were at the docks where other tour companies were headed out, the weather was fine all day and some of the other captains we spoke to were surprised they cancelled that day. We again rebooked for our final day and changed our plans to leave Key West until later on that day - they again cancelled due to not enough passengers. Would be more careful in my booking next time!
Left feeling disappointed
This experience was underwhelming at best. The captain seemed to be buying his time on the water "looking" for dolphins. We did see a small pod, that mostly hid from us. Not his fault. I guess. We found him to be sarcastic and borderline rude at times. The snorkeling was about 20 mins. A very small coral reef with some fish swimming around. No snacks offered a cooler with some drinks was available. We definitely expected more for the money we paid.

Just back from an amazing trip with Cam for the morning, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The dolphins were great and so was snorkelling and the sand bar stop. The boat was clean, comfy, and even after an unforecasted rain shower we were really well looked after.

What an incredible day out on the water! We booked a private charter and did some snorkeling Dolphin watching and relaxed on the sandbar! The snorkeling was amazing. We saw lots of fish, a nurse shark and a sea turtle! The dolphins were very playful and fun that day as well. The sandbar was so relaxing and just what we needed for the perfect day thank you Captain John!

So grateful for such a beautiful day out on the water with Captain Melanie … we saw SO MANY dolphins and were even lucky enough to have them swimming right in front of us off the bow of the boat, incredible~! Then while we were snorkeling some of them even swam right between some other people who were snorkeling just 50 feet or so from us while we were in the water, unbelievable, I’ve def never seen that before. AND we saw a sea turtle nestled on the ocean floor while we were snorkeling (so rare). Capt Melanie topped off our trip by taking us to a gorgeous sandbar. 💙☀️ The entire day was amazing, I was in heaven.

Amazing dolphin trip
Wow! We booked this as a family of four, we wanted an experience that was a little more personal and not a huge group. There were six of us and our captain “Tim”. Tim made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped onboard the boat. He knew just the right places to take us to try and spot dolphins, he hit the jackpot as we saw a group of five. He didn’t rush us and allowed us to watch the dolphins for quite some time. He then took us to a perfect spot to do some snorkelling. We saw lots of different species and again Tim guided us and gave us plenty of information about the different species we saw. After snorkelling he took us to swim on the sand banks, very warm and relaxing. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the trip, they particularly enjoyed sitting at the front of the boat when it went fast through the water! Tim was very knowledgeable and very friendly, happily answering questions from all guests. We’d 100% go on another dolphin tour with Tim 😊
