Jack was very easy to with, kind and courteous. Got the estimate to us very fast and was able to get it installed a few days later. He was also very fast on the installation and walked me through the training of our dog and walked me through how to change setting on the collar and the system. We would highly recommend Dogwatch and Jack for anyone looking to get a invisible fence for their dogs he does great work at a fare price!!

I love my new invisible fence from DogWatch, they showed up right on schedule, we’re so careful of our yard, we’re super helpful and caring with the training of our puppy. This company is top notch. Three years ago they installed my underground fence and did a great job. Recently, I've had issues with the battery in my dog's collar. Laura tried to help me over the phone but it was necessary for me to have it looked at. She was great to work with. I'm truly grateful for their help.

Great company! Friendly and easy to work with! We fenced in a large area on our property and installation was done within a few hours, and it did not tear up the yard at all. Training was simple and our three dogs caught on right away. Jack was knowledgeable about the fence/system and great with any questions. I highly recommend DogWatch of Omaha to anyone looking for a hidden fence!

Our small puppy was a real runner! Every time she could get out of the house it was difficult to catch her because she thought it was a game. I reached out to Dog Watch and they responded quickly. Adding invisible fence has given us great peace of mind knowing that our fur baby is safe at home. We have a much happier terrier that is able to enjoy our yard. The advice that Jack provided also helped with her other skills in obedience training. We are so happy with the results and Jack is very responsive to any post service questions.

I Had a Pet Safe system I installed, and my lab still got out because the signal was so spotty. I did my research and saw Dog Watch was highly rated. I called them and they were out within a week. Install was fast and easy. It is expensive in a way, but the system works so well that it was a no brainer. Jack made the process so easy. My lab hasn’t gotten out or even attempted to reach the perimeter. The collar they provide is durable, and has deep enough prongs to make a connection. The system is easy to navigate and adjust if needed. I opted for the WiFi system, and it even shows my labs activity and alerts me if there is a boundary challenge. System still works even if the WiFi is out. Overall a great experience, and I’m very glad I chose this company.
