Phil arrived and quickly evaluated the lightning damaged unit ns proposed good solutions. Pleasant and easy to work with. Fixed some outside wiring issues. Unit now works well.

Phil and Katrina are great. Local business owners who take pride in their product and services. We have been fully satisfied with our fence for over a year now. I have a standard Australian Labradoodle and she was always getting out of my aluminum fence. I was worried that she would get by a car so eventually I decided to get an inground fence and called Phil and Katrina and they installed the fence for me. Phil was thorough in training me on the use of the fence and within one day Gracie didn't ever try to get out again. One day we had what I thought was an issue with the system and called Phil and Katrina and they walked me through the steps I could take. It turns out Gracie needed to be groomed and the sensor were not making contact with her skin. Problem solved!

Phil and Katrina of Dogwatch are professional and easy to work with. They respond in a very timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking to install an invisible fence. Our highly motivated hound dog has never left the property since installation and we have had no issues over the last 3 years. We recently adjusted the zones on our property and Phil and Katrina talked us through the whole process, quoted us accurately, and had the job done very quickly. Had my fence installed October 17th 2024. Both workers were very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. I also have a good feeling if I ever have a problem they will be more than willing to help. We got the Dog Watch Pro Model. The trading for the dog is not hard or intensive. This fence installed was over 1/3rd cheaper than invisible fence. Invisible fence was more a sales pitch while Dog Watch really felt like the cared about me and my dog while wanting the best for us.

It was absolute pleasure working with Phil and Katrina. They were very prompt to answer and provide an estimate. Contact made with Phil to get some ideas on repairing or activating my original Petsafe Fence. He was able to fit me in for a service call, and stayed in constant communication when our schedules did not agree. Even on the day of appt., he was delayed but kept in touch and arrived as stated. He checked my system, not working, walked the yard and located 2 breaks. He repaired the break and tested the system to working condition. His price was reasonable, he explained all of what he was doing and discussed the cost of a new system and what I would possibly need. No pressure to purchase and told me to call with any issues or questions I may have. I was very pleased with his willingness to solve my problems and job he did on an extremely hot day. If you are in the market for a pet containment fence, Dogwatch is the answer.
