Not really much to say. James is an awesome guy and you can tell he isn’t just doing a job, He loves the dogs and loves interacting with his customers. Fixed my issue, had some fun with the dog, and gave me every resource available that I would need to use my dogwatch system. I highly recommend James and dogwatch. Can’t go wrong!

We had James(Dog Watch) set up and train our new puppy and 2 older dogs, at our main residence. He also came to Michigan to do the same thing at our lake house. James is very thorough and kind to the dogs. Within two weeks our dogs were well trained. Any questions I have had, I received a quick response. We have since sold our lake house and bought a farm house.... we had Dog Watch back to train the newest puppy Sadie) on the fence James installed 5 years ago. Overall, James has successfully trained 6 cherished dogs for my husband and me.. I would very much recommend James and Dog Watch.

James is the best! He makes it so easy.So glad that I went with him when it came to this. He is outstanding at customer service and everyone knows that has all gone to the wayside. You contact him directly. No automation and pressing buttons and stupid stuff like that. Once you contact him he responds. ( Something else that has gone to the wayside) If you decide he’s not your guy you have really done yourself a disservice.

We were initially very skeptical of putting in an invisible fence, because we were worried our high energy, high prey drive dogs would ignore their boundaries and get loose. Three years in, we are incident free. The owner is very responsive, even answering on the weekend when I expected to get a voicemail. In three years, the only maintenance we’ve needed is replacing the batteries on the collar. This option was far more economical than a traditional fence, especially in our wooded area, and we get to keep the open feeling of our property. The dogs were trained in a few minutes and after a week fully understood their boundaries.
