Verified Company
First of all, I want to say that Patty was very helpful. We walked the whole yard, and she explained how each system would work for the area. She explained what had to be done and how they would proceed to do it. All of this was also written down on the Quote Form. Which I knew could be done, as I had pretty much the same thing done at my house.
The day came for the man to put the fence in, which I had to drive two hours to get to the house where the fence was being put in. He came within the time frame that was told to me, and I have to say that is the only good thing he did. When he walked up to me, he just looked at me, I shook his hand and introduced myself, he did not introduce himself. He started to walk the back yard and stated that he wanted to look at things. I told him if he had any questions, just ask. Long story short, he went around saying he couldn't do that, he couldn't do this, "you can't really expect me to do that". This can't be done, that can't be done. Not once did he give a solution to what he couldn't possibly do, which was nothing. At one point when he was telling me he couldn't do something, he asks to talk to the man. When I told him that it wasn't possible a couple of times, he then asks me if the man had a problem talking to people.
He finally came up with a solution, and that was that I could put the wire on top of the grass, but of course I'd have to be careful not to run it over with the lawn mower.
I now have a company that will do exactly what Patty had said could be done. The one star is for Patty
