Mike came to the house to consult on either repairing or replacing my 20 year old electric fence. He was very upfront about the condition of existing system and recommended a repair, which likely saved me a fair amount of money. He performed the flag training with our dog who is a recent rescue and very skittish around strange men. Mike was very patient and did a fantastic job handling the situation. I strongly recommend Mike Cyrek for your DogFence needs.
If I could give 6 stars, I would! Communication from Sue, Mark, and Josh was fantastic right from the start. Mark came out and explained everything simply from start to finish, answered all of my questions honestly and patiently. What specifically intrigued me was the amount of training that goes into the package after the install. It was not just "day of training and good luck!", there was comprehensive training planned for our dog afterwards.
Install day went smoothly, on time, very communicative about where to put the line in the property, cleaned up after themselves where needed (driveway for example).
Josh reached out about a day later for scheduling training. He was very easy to work with, you can tell he absolutely loves dogs and takes his training very seriously and personally. He was very patient with our shy (at first) dog, and when she got comfortable, he met her where she was, pushing her distraction a bit and making sure she would be totally safe with the setting she had. He was willing to come back as many times as possible to get our dog comfortable and get me comfortable since we are very close to a road.
All parties involved shared their personal numbers and stressed calling anytime I need. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I highly recommend!

Highly recommend if you love your dog and want to keep them from wandering. We live in a rural area on 14 acres with a canal behind house. After our dog fell in, luckily was there to fish her out, we needed something to keep her on our property but not just fenced in our yard. Heard about DogWatch and had Vince come out and give us an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your pets. After walking the property he gave us a very affordable estimate for the size of job we needed. After install our dog learned the area almost immediately and it has put our mind at ease to let her out unsupervised knowing she won’t leave. You can’t go wrong with DogWatch.

You are right on top of things and I am not. It's been a rough year so far. I lost Seamus on Feb 16th and about a month ago thought I was going to lose Keely. I never would have imagined Seamus leaving me before Keely but she remains a very strong minded and it all happened so fast. Mid December he startede actng strange, personality changes, aggression and then the awful seizures began. The anti seizure meds and pain meds gave him no relief after a month and him in my arms. Keely misses him terribly and will only sleep in his kennel. It's so sad to watch her grieve. Anyway, I can have you send just one battery the next go round and will keep you updated on how Keely is fairing.

We have a TRIAD Electric pet fence that allows our Yorkie to roam the backyard with freedom as well as the front yard. We also used the TRIAD indoor zoning to keep the Yorkie off of our oriental carpets. Worked like a charm. In addition, we’ve needed to have our system serviced a couple of times due to mistakes we made. Their representative was quick and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Nic. He was courteous and very knowledgeable! He explained and gave advice as to where and how to put the fence in. I live on a lake with two golden retrievers that love to swim. However they would escape out of the water and run into the woods. Nic figured out how to allow them freedom to swim but contain them so they don’t run away. He and Lacey worked efficiently and were so nice!!

We highly recommend using DogWatch! We just added our second puppy Cooper to the fence and Josh, our trainer, was awesome to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and great with both of our dogs. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had, educated us on what to expect, and gave us great advice and training tricks. Overall a great experience!!
