Dog Mountain did an incredible job with my pup! They made sure she was comfortable and enjoyed her stay! The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!

We were originally overpriced, because I asked the front person how much it was going to cost to have our family member boarded for 5 days with the bronze spa package. She quoted me between $410.00-$425.00. When I came to pick him up, she told me it was $512.00. She then told me that they added playtime twice, which lowered the price to $384.50. I then noticed that his nails were not clipped which I requested when I dropped him off. It was included on my receipt. I asked if his nails were clipped and she said that they were clipped the day before. I knew that they weren’t because his nails were very long. The manager came out and said that they would either take it off the bill or I could wait a few moments so that the groomer could trim his nails. I chose to wait and have them done. At this point, I am not happy with Dog Mountain and our trust is shattered. We will be looking elsewhere for boarding of our pet.

We live in Alaska. This past summer, we traveled down to Georgia and ended up with several months of medical issues and hospital stays. I called Dog Mountain Pet Resort out of the blue, hoping we could get our Lab Kirby in for boarding while my husband was in the hospital; the response was a compassionate and enthusiastic "Yes! Bring him over. We got this. You focus on your family." And they did exactly that. What a relief to know that our boy was in such good and kind hands while we muddled our way through complicated medical issues. The staff is beyond amazing, and Kirby came home happy and tired out each stay. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

They kept my Great Pyrenees while I was visiting relatives in town, and the general manager has a great Pyrenees of her own and she just loved mine. The staff sent photos every day and before he came home, I got a grooming that was better than ones he’s ever had at home. They are so good. I might just have to move to Georgia to be close to here.🤣

Dog Mountain has been a great addition to the Hamilton Mill area! They have a friendly staff, a super clean facility, and great additional services. What we appreciate the most is how accommodating they are. We have been doing some renovations to our home, and they have been able to take our dogs in for daycare - even same day (first thing in the morning) on a few occasions. We have also done some training with Mel, and she is AWESOME. She has made us feel more confident with our shy puppy, who has also been going to daycare once a week to help build her confidence. Their grooming team is also very communicative, and although we have only had baths/nail trims, we have been happy with the services provided. There are a handful reviews about cost, but knowing that they are being well-cared for is worth it!
