Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are unable to locate a record of anyone by this name seeking to consult with our firm, but we would like to clarify how our consultation process works.
During an initial phone call, we gather important information to determine whether we are the right firm for your situation and whether you qualify for the free 30-minute consultation our firm offers. Because every case is unique, legal fees and retainers can only be discussed after a consultation has been conducted. These conversations are often very helpful for individuals seeking guidance on what steps they may need to take moving forward.
That said, family law cases are highly fact-specific, and it would not be responsible for our attorneys to provide detailed legal advice or case strategy without first conducting a more thorough review of the circumstances, documentation, and history involved. Offering legal guidance without having the full picture can sometimes create confusion or negatively impact a case later on. Because of this, comprehensive legal analysis and strategy planning are reserved for formal attorney consultations and retained matters, where our team can provide advice tailored specifically to the client’s situation.
If you have questions about our process or would like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to contact our office.
