What can I say? Dr. Truesdale did a phenomenal job on my rhinoplasty. When my mom keeps complimenting, then you know it must be good. She always refers back to her friend's surgery, which she says was botched.

Dr. Truesdale helped my get my face back!!! I was very nervous, but I am so glad I did it!! I look like myself, but just myself 15-20 years ago!!! He is a true artist who takes every detail into consideration. He looked at earlier photos of me to make sure I kept what made me look like me. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful and I was so lucky to have Maria, who had been through the procedure herself and gave me lots of reassurance.
My only regret is not doing it 10 years earlier!

This surgeon dismisses you if you’re not happy with his work.
I need a revision of your revision! Your Original work of Deep Plane Facelift with upper and lower eye lift, 05/2023 and was to be with fat transfer to the eyes?? You did not do surgical marking on my face before the anesthesiologist put me under anesthesia for my deep plane facelift.
My eyes are Still hollow, you did not do the fat transfer on 5/2023. My hollow eyes was the reason I came to you, but I allowed you to talk me into a deep plane facelift. I specifically had Maria (your office manager ), to ask you if the upper and lower eye lift and will that come with eye fat transfer, Maria said you said yes.
1st disappointment
Then had to go to your office for a revision of left side jawline 11/2023, as you started to cut open the bottom of my chin, you said “Oh, I left Fat behind”. And you charged me $200 for revision of Left side only hoping that would fix it. But it did not fix the lump on the left bottom jawline still!
Then 5/2024 you did another revision left jawline under local lidocaine, no charge, but charged me 8,000 for the fat transfer to the eyes/face and they are the still hallow.
You was Injecting my face with lidocaine and cutting behind the ears of the left side and fat transfer to the face but you injected most of the fat to my face only 1 mil to the eyes (still hollow eyes (02/14/2026) your assistant had to tell you that you only have 1.0 ml of fat left and you still had not transferred to the eyes AGAIN.
What really amaze me is that you was ready to fire me as a patient due to me not being happy with the lump left behind and hollow eyes. You dismissed my concerns.
The main key that I recognized how you failed with my facelift is that you did NOT draw on my face for the surgical markings for the deep plane facelift before I lay laid down on the OR table on 05/2023. And you did not draw on my face for the 3rd revision, mostly likely because you did not make surgical markings on the first surgery. The only surgical marking you made on 5/2023 was for the upper eyelid and Not surgical markings to lower eye lid.
All I ask of you is to genuinely clean up your mess you left on my face. You should have done a total revision of my deep plane facelift for the best result.

You had 15K followers when I came to you and your office. You was also economically easier on the pockets than the surgeon in San Diego I would I went to if I could have afforded him 75,000. I saw your Manager Maria facelift that you did at that time was one reason I came to you in 2023. However, that was not that great of a facelift since you have now revised her entire facelift last year 2025 according to your IG posting. And now Maria looks great after two facelifts by you!!!
You dismissed my concerns and results. I realized later after the surgery, you did not implement surgical marking on my deep plane facelift prior to the anesthesiologist putting me under. At that time I did not think to ask you about surgical marking for my deep plane facelift when you was implementing the surgical markings on my upper and lower eye lift, and you also failed complete fat transfer to the hollowness of my lower eyes 05/2023, which was the actual reason I came to you! Now 3/4/2026 I still have hallow eyes and now a unsymmetrical jawline of your work of a so called deep plane facelift. I feel I was your practice facelift within your own practice and you dismissed your failed work to my face 40,000 later

I'm updating my previous review (which was completed after my initial consultation). I'm currently three months post-op from my facelift, neck lift, and under eye skin pinch. I'm going to begin by saying this is the best money I have ever spent on myself! Dr. Truesdale is not only outstanding at his craft, but he's also a kind, caring physician who listens to your needs and brings those wishes to fruition. I look refreshed without looking stretched and fake and his expertise has revealed the most sharpened jaw line, tight neck, and plump skin imaginable. His staff is incredible, too! The ladies that work for him are all so welcoming, knowledgeable, and are the best hype girls in the business! While having the most-talented doctor perform your surgery is paramount, I can't overlook the importance of his caring and supportive staff. From the moment I reached out for my consultation, to my post-op experience, they have all been available in every aspect from surgery coordination, prescribing necessary medications, assisting me with payment options, and answering ANY questions I had before and after my procedure. They're absolutely wonderful and a true reflection on the kind of boss Dr. Truesdale truly is. I can't say enough great things about him! He's an absolute star and a talented genius, and I know I had the right surgeon perform my procedure. If you're thinking about getting a facelift or other facial plastic surgery, please consider Dr. Truesdale and just do it!
If you're on the fence about healing time and what to expect, I experienced no pain and was really only out of commission for about a solid week (depending on how well you heal and how serious you are about following pre and post op rules/suggestions). I felt great and was swollen for the first week, but with a hoodie or a scarf, I was out in public and no one looked at me weird or even gave me a second look. One week after surgery, I already looked great, and it only got better from there. His work is subtle and natural, so you'll have people asking if you lost weight, got a facial, got some filler....they know you look refreshed and better, but this isn't your mama's facelift! Trust him, you'll still look like you...only way better!
Go get your youthful, beautiful face back! You will be so happy that you did... and who wouldn't want to go take a trip through the Truesdale Time Machine!

I had such a great experience here. Shauna and the rest of the girls made me feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was able to open up about my concerns and what I wanted, and Shauna really took the time to listen. She didn’t rush me or make me feel pressured, which meant a lot.

Dr. Trusedale is sincerely interested in his patients post-surgery. Following up with us up to 6 months after surgery shows that he truly cares about our rejuvenation process and wants the best outcome. I love that!
