In July 2023, I had reached nearly 200 lbs after suffering a debilitating hip injury that left me unable to exercise or even walk without pain. So thankful for all the detailed feedback to all my questions when I first started the program 3 months ago and have lost 18#. I will now start the Trizepatide + NAD hopefully to at least lose 10-15 in 2 months. I had no major side effects. Hopefully this next program give me same benefits and I see the results in the 2 months I have been try to reach for the past 2 years.

Real results, good customer service!
Real results, good customer service! I was hesitant to start this process but I have had great results and feel so much better! At the beginning I was able to send my already done lab results from my own doctor so no need to have more. I was also able to have my questions answered by the doctor who initially called me. I love the ease in which I am able to text someone with questions and get answers readily. Besides weight loss I have been able to have more energy, more confident and manage life better.
I was little hesitant and nervous at first but Jonathan made me feel comfortable and supported right away. He was incredibly professional, kind, and didn’t get irritated with all my questions. They really took the time to understand my health history, goals and lifestyle before recommending a personalized weight loss plan!
If you’re looking for a weight loss clinic that truly cares and delivers real results, I highly recommend Doctors RX, and ask for Jonathan he’s amazing!!

Update: I changed from one star to five cause I was able to speak with the provider I initially spoke to. She was able to explain things ins a more professional manner and I truly appreciate that. She texts regularly to see how the medication is working for me.

I will change the review once someone who has more patience and better customer service. I called the nurse hotline to help me understand why all three vials are the same instead of being higher dosages. I was still trying to understand the concept and she cut me off and said “Do you just want me to have Rebekah send you a return label?” I repeated to her what she said about the return label to explain why I’m upset and she hung up on me. I kept calling to give the benefit of the doubt and she didn’t answer. I’m very sad. I want to use this medication but she should not be on call for customer service. The nurse who helped me initially is very nice (Rebekah). I’m sure if she was available she would’ve explained things to me in a more professional tone. I don’t know how to access the videos on instructions and now I’m left with three vials with no written instructions. I’m very disappointed. I hope Rebekah can help me resolve this.
