We closed the sale of our parents’ house last week. Georgina Magnier and the team in the office were terrific from start to finish. Georgina has excellent local knowledge of the market, she’s a very good communicator - kept us up to date on the bidding process - and helped us understand the process. She had very practical and useful advice to keep things moving along. Georgina talked us through her pricing strategy and helped us “stage” the house to maximise its appeal to potential buyers. She also gave us the names of a couple of guys who do house clearances, and the one we picked was first-rate. Overall, Georgina and her colleagues made - what was a potentially very stressful and emotional process - much easier than I anticipated. And we accepted an offer within four weeks!
