Never again
Case was handled by several different attorneys. Awarded 25,000 and got 11,800.. had very little medical bills they paid. Very dissatisfied with the split, and then they didn't even pay all the bills. Never again will I use them.. wanted me to travel to Kansas City for treatments which is almost 400 miles round trip

Everyone blames the lawyer when the person at fault had crap insurance they can only get what the policy allows but I promise you my lawyer kevin carr would not except the other drivers crappy settlement offer until he made sure there was no ther money to be had the 19 year old hit us head on liability insurance but in the last year Kevin Carr has went after everyone who was or could be linked to the car that hit us lol mom,dad,grandma,and grandpa,brothers,sisters he didn't care they all knew his name and he tried to go after all insurances the kid was racing his brother when lost control and hit us and Kevin carr was a pit bull tried to find a way to get me as much money as he could but unfortunately missouri let's people carry crap insurance that won't cover the hospital bills when they hit you instead of blaming the lawyer let's all file a grievance with missouri for allowing people to drive under insured or atleast make it where if they drive with trash insurance ok lawyer taked insurance offer of policy and then let us be able to sue the person who bought trash insurance and severely injured someone and when they loose in court anything they own or have belongs to the injured party and if it don't cover the money won anything he buys or money he makes until it's paid goes to the one person they injured or better yet stop letting people but trash insurance the carry liability 25,000 a person my hospital bills were more than that not to mention unable to work lost everything but missouri let's it happen and the one at fault don't have any reprocusions make insurance companies stop selling trash insurance that will literally not do crap or make it where once insurance pays crap policy amount the lawyer should be able to sue the one at fault and let a jury decide what he owes for carrying trash insurance

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This firm is a complete joke and really doesn't care about the client, just what they can get out of the client. The attorney that started my case got fired or moved, or something. I got moved to another attorney that did not communicate at all! They refuse to return calls. You have to text through their joke of an app!
What happened to me is, a log came off of a trailer in front of me, going 75 mph on the highway. Destroyed my truck, and traumatized the crap out of me. Their insurance insisted on fixing my truck (again, attorney didn't fight to have it totaled when it should have been). It took 8 months to get my truck back from it being "fixed". I own a business, I had to rent trucks if I needed to pull my trailer, or do a small job (another expense out of my pocket for an accident that I had no fault in). It was a joke!
I went to my doctor, chiropractor, and physical therapy, but because I didn't have an exorbitant amount of doctor bills, I got almost nothing. The damage to my truck, loss of work, loss of jobs, out of pocket expenses, etc, weren't even taken into consideration. The attorney didn't fight for me at all, and totally dismissed EVERYTHING besides my medical bills. She told me "there is nothing I can do".
I will end up with less than $2K (after, Mike got this!!) solely because I didn't have enough doctor bills. Screw the damage to my truck, the trauma to my marriage, the trauma of a log coming at me at 75mph on the highway, the loss of jobs, etc. Mike got this for himself, not the client! I’ll never use or refer anyone to this firm. I was royally screwed!
So Farr, I've been very please with the work of my Paralegal Miss Izzy has done for me.. Also the prompt returnimg of phone calls from my Attorney, Mr.Tanner Hewlette. I've just finished 3 months, 6 days a week grueling Physical Therapy and my confidence of my team will not settle for anything that's not equivalent to their knowledge and experience. Mr Tanner you are sound professionally and your integrity has captivated my spirit and soul. There will be a greater testimony that has yet to manifest itself. Thank You
Well I removed my review to see if my lawyer gives me the info I asked for a week ago so far nothing if I don't get the info I asked for in a week more I will not bother to ask again and I'll not be signing settlement offer for $0.00

This firm is a joke. Attorney that started my case got fired. Got bounced around to 2 different ones that would never answer messages on their dumb app or return calls. Ran me around in circles for months. Then keep more money than me at the end of it. Mike may got this but the others definitely don’t. I’ll never use or refer anyone to this firm. I should have listened to the office manager that gave me treatment and fired them the day after talking to them.
