This office apparently has a high turnover of staff. From October thru May there were a few changes to the team, including the attorney. I felt underrepresented after being informed that providers of care have waited over 30 days to submit their bills and no followup by the team. Perhaps that's why they insisted on me giving a review so early in the process. A local competitor served my best friend more efficiently and humanely. Ugh
