Outstanding funeral director , old school true professional. I,m posting this review because of the true professional dignity showed to my family and me after the passing of my lovely wife . We had the good fortune to employ the services of D Hancock whom handled the funeral arrangements with thought , care , support and a genuine personal touch which eased the pain of the whole situation that bit less. I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful team. After my mum died I was devastated . They collected my mum with so much dignity and care . Helen helped us sort the funeral with ease and compassion ... all details sorted and everything just as we wanted it . Natalie was wonderful with my 13 year old when we came in to confirm the order of service . When we came back to see mum in the chapel of rest she looked so peaceful .. Darren you are a star . On the day of the funeral Simon was amazing . Nothing was too much trouble and he was so sensitive to all of us and so professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful team of very special people . Many many thanks xxx
I can't recommend these guys enough, true professionals and very conscientious . We actually had our dad moved to these guys after a bad experience at another funeral directors in Winslow. I can only describe the difference between the two as night and day. Many thanks for your help.
