I can’t recommend Dive Sint Maarten highly enough! As an Open Water diver with limited experience, I was a bit nervous getting into somewhat rough water, but Petroy made everything incredibly smooth and confidence-building. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism were exceptional - he took the time to make sure I felt completely comfortable and pointed out so much incredible sea life during our dives. The dive sites themselves were spectacular - so much to see around the shipwreck. The entire operation was top-notch from start to finish and I appreciate the smooth online reservation system - zero surprises when I showed up. The boat captain’s skills were stellar, getting us to and from sites safely and efficiently. He and Petroy worked together seamlessly with safety as the clear priority, which really put my mind at ease. Equipment was well-maintained, and they had water, soft drinks, and snacks on board — the free beers after the final dive was a very nice touch. What really stood out was how friendly and laid-back everyone was while still maintaining that high level of professionalism and attention to detail. You can tell this team is passionate about what they do and genuinely cares about giving divers a great experience. Already planning my next trip back to St. Maarten just to dive with this crew again. If you’re looking for a dive shop that combines expert guidance, safety, and a truly enjoyable experience, Dive Sint Maarten is the place. Thanks Petroy and the whole team!

The Discover Scuba Diving experience was a wonderful way to explore scuba diving for the first time. We received a clear, step-by-step explanation of the basics, and in the end we were able to enjoy a beautiful dive at Little Bay. The dive instructor was very calm and took plenty of time to practice each skill with us. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Overall, it was a great day, and we would definitely recommend this dive school!

Perfect diving trip from a cruise ship Dive Sint Maarten was very responsive and timely with emails coordinating my dive trip coming off the cruise ship. The diving was stellar, so much sea life, great equipment, water, soda and snacks of board and super friendly staff.

Had a fantastic time diving with Dive Sint Maarten! The reef was great, it was a strong current so we managed to see loads of different areas. The wildlife was awesome as well we saw turtles, sharks, rays, lobster, eels, jellyfish, barracuda and loads of tropical fish. We did a two tank dive in the morning and then a one tank dive with our partners for a discover scuba experience. The crew were so friendly and helpful, with thorough briefings to make sure we all knew what to do and checked in with everyone after each dive. Would recommend!

Afgelopen week hebben wij hier met veel plezier gedoken. De communicatie via WhatsApp verliep vlot en uiterst vriendelijk. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen en alles was perfect geregeld. We kregen een goede uitrusting en veiligheid stond duidelijk voorop. Ondanks wat zeeziekte hebben we twee prachtige duiken kunnen maken, afgesloten met een heerlijk koud drankje. Andre, Willem en Sam; bedankt voor jullie vriendelijkheid en goede zorgen! We komen zeker nog eens terug!

A special thank you to Petroy, my dive instructor who was incredibly patient and reassuring, it was my first time doing a discovery dive and he made sure I felt completely comfortable before we went underwater. Fun Dive We booked our dive with this company and had a wonderful experience. We booked the discovery dive because we had not dived since we were certified a year ago. Today I did 2 dives with DiveSintMaarten… It was one of the best diving experience I’ve had so far. The staff was super friendly and easy-going. We had snacks & drink onboard so this was a big plus aswell. We swam trhough a shipwreck & coral reefs. We saw sharks, turtles, big rays, barracudas, lobsters, and many more marine life. Can’t wait to go diving with you guys again… 10 out of 10!!!!

We went on a two tank dive with Captain Sam, Sip and Nick today. The weather allowed us to go out on the east side of SXM. Everything from the initial outreach, booking and going on the dive trip was very well handled by everyone. Their boats are one of the few that can handle the weather on the east side, where the best diving is. Nick maneuvered the boat like a champion, Sip showed us the ropes and guided the dive from getting equipped, to diving and then back up again! We will definitely be back next time!

Fantastic first diving experience for my 15 year old son. My son went diving for the first time here and he was so well looked after by Sammie and Andrey. He loved the discovery dive so much that we let him go again and he had a 1:1 2 tank dive with Andrey. They went to the marine park and he saw a shark, a turtle, a sting ray and a puffer fish. He absolutely loved the experience. The dive company is professional and provide everything. Thank you for a great experience.

Great experience! My family of 4 dove with this company when visiting St. Maarten on our cruise ship. They were extremely accommodating to our schedule and made sure we had an excellent dive and got back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. The rental gear was new and the boat was big and clean. I strongly recommend Dive St. Maarten and will use them again the next time we visit the island.
