I want to thank Pat for his diligence and care in first servicing my four mini split units, but then addressing a condensation problem by installing a new pump on one unit. On top of that, Pat saw that the housing on the same unit was cracked in a few places and the door did not open/close smoothly. Pat made 3 trips to get it right, because he wanted to do the right thing for me, as if it was his own unit that needed repair. Emma in the office was always professional and helpful and friendly, so she gets a thank you mention as well. Diversified has my business....thank you!

I needed my evaporative cooler troubleshooting so I could sell my home. The tech came out and said there was no power to the unit and that the thermostat was bad. It was just replaced a year ago. So I had him replace the thermostat and the circuit board. There still was no power to the system. I had to call an electrician out on a separate day who said there was plenty of voltage going to that system. Needless to say, I lost faith in this company and called a separate HVAC company, who actually crawled into the attic where the wiring and ducting go and found that there was simply a loose wire, and that was the only reason the system will not turn on. If the first tech would have gone into the attic and checked the wiring, I would’ve never had to make all the other phone calls and pay for all the other people to inspect the system. Somewhat disappointed since I’ve always used this particular company for all of my houses. Edit…. Emma called me about my review and will reverse the charges for the thermostat And low-voltage kit. They sent their sincerest apologies and we both agreed to just make it a learning experience. I’m grateful for a good customer service and people that are willing to make things right. Today is national super hero day . Today I would like to tell you about some of our local superheroes. Dan carpet cleaning , Diversified heating and air , Tim the plumber and Distinct design . Almost 3 and a half years agos my daughter recived her heart so fast there was no time for any planning she was in for one week before she got her gift of life . Talk about a Christmas miracle. For my daughter to come home we needed to have an air conditioning no more swamp cooler . Dan wrote a letter to Corry at Diversified heating and air . With out any hesitation. Corry install an whole house ac and heater donated and installed . Then Dan gathered a team of volunteers to replace my bathtub due to a crack that let water flow behind it. Jim installed the valves and That where Tim the plumber came in and installed the tub Dan carpet cleaning got . Our church Hossana hope sent a team to demo the bathroom. Sense some walls where removed  Distinct Design helped with the finishing touches and painting . Not all Superheroes wear capes . Some live in the Morongo Basin . Please give a thumbs up to let these Superheroes know how much they are appreciated.

We are extremely happy with the service provided. It starts with Emma answering the phone, I'm not sure there's a more pleasant person on the planet. She also communicated with us about scheduling and status of parts ordered. Paul was our technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our current issues and the history of repairs. Our mini split has never worked better.
