Don't recommend getting a vaginoplasty let alone a revision he was very nice in person but his lack of aftercare is remarkable from the very beginning I could tell I had asymmetry it was like he tightened one side and left the other side untouched at the bottom. I'm not sure why he would tighten one side but not the other and only do a scar revision on the one side. Things have to look symmetrical and be done to both sides. I also have very little depth... Between the depth, aesthetic look and his lack of concern after surgery he gets a star for being nice.
UPDATE After further talking with him he continues to ignore my needs for a revision because my vaginal line looks like an S and my labias are completely uneven as my lips look like you place your index finger over your other index finger. His email aftercare is a good option that's not the issue the issue is this surgeon just doesn't listen to your needs. Now he is blaming our email communications and is expecting me to come out on a 600 dollar flight for him to see his own work he can clearly see in a photo ... Its almost feels like this is a way to detour me from coming back to see him to fix my left labia. It's a shame to because he did such a great job on the side he actually completely revised. I just wish he listened I wanna go back so he can fix it, but I don't have 600 dollars for a flight for a visual issue he can decide to say he will fix by scheduling a revision. As most surgeons can assess by email and schedule surgery... Lastly I had a labia minora prior to his surgery and he completely removed them with whatever technique he used if you are looking for natural results and symmetry I highly would stay away...
dr. ramineni and his staff were wonderful, supportive, and respectful! he and the staff were empathetic and caring throughout all of my interactions with them. they always answered my calls or responded to emails promptly – several time outside of normal business hours. i am soooo pleased with my results and i would highly recommend him for breast augmentation!
When I tell you this entire team is so warming and amazing at their job it has to be told to everyone. I absolutely love, love my surgical team and nurses at district plastic surgery and at George Washington hospital. If you’re in need of a surgeon he’s the one you need!. I’m just fresh off the table so I can’t leave a picture yet but they are coming trust.

Amazing surgical experience from start to finish! Dr. Ramineni has amazing bedside manner and when I showed him my inspiration photo, he delivered with no hesitation. Dr. Praful Ramineni is a gifted surgeon with a first class team. Having access to his time and care is incredible. I highly recommend his practice. From every step of the way he demonstrated excellence. I have been seeing Dr. Ramineni for the past 2–3 years, and the care I received was subpar. Throughout 2½ years of procedures and follow-ups, he never physically examined me and always spoke to me from across the room. I take some responsibility for continuing with the practice despite my concerns. Unfortunately, I found his bedside manner to be lacking.
The entire surgical process from start to finish was amazingly simple and smooth. The staff is very helpful by working with your insurance company and scheduling appointments so it takes that extra stress off your shoulders. Katie is very knowledgeable and quick to respond with any issues or questions you may have before and after surgery. Dr. Ramineni is kind, affirming, and overall a great surgeon/person. I would 100% recommend his office for anyone pursuing plastic surgery.
