I wouldn't be in such a good place without Ilene and her team. There are no words to express the support, genuine care and thoughtfulness you will encounter. I am personally here for trauma, PTSD, complex grief and hormonal health. Women's Yoga + Therapy is truly special and I cannot recommend this lovely mind, body and community experience enough.
