this is the worst company ever. i scheduled an appointment at 8am, two hours past and i didn’t even hear from the technician. i called, they said they are now moving my time to 12-4 (didn’t even ask me if that worked). i waited and other 3 hours, no word. the technician finally showed up at 4, i waited around for him all day because he can show up at any time and he didn’t even have the part he needed to fix my air conditioning. i am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this service! you cant even contact the technician directly, you have to call customer service, who then calls dispatch team, who then calls the technician… worst system ever. i was supposed to be the first appointment of the day and i ended up being the last. i HIGHLY recommend you find another service, this company is unreliable, inconsistent, and not time efficient. i am afraid for when they have to come back with the part, lord knows how long i’ll have to wait.

Raul arrived on time and was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful, and patient throughout the entire visit. He did an excellent job installing my thermostat and took the time to explain everything to me clearly, making sure I understood how everything worked. What impressed me most was his willingness to go the extra mile to help me qualify for an 18-month promotional financing option that was affordable for me. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the entire transaction, including the credit approval process, and answered all of my questions along the way. Raul clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing good customer service.
