I was kept up to date at all times when trying to have Internet installed. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful. It was not a straightforward installation but the technicians were highly experienced and also very polite and even insisted on sweeping up after themselves. Great service so far from Direct Telecom.

I have used the British TV service for more than 10 years. Initially I had the WiFi and land line service also. I reluctantly left these at the time of covid as I wanted the sports channels that were only covered by Movistar. I have recently changed back to the full service and despite local problems caused by difficult neighbours. I was updated daily. What should have been a next day service took a week. In ten years I have never had a problem that wasn't sorted literally in minutes. Without doubt the best company that I have dealt with in Spain. A special mention to Jutta. Very many thanks.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish when moving from Orange to Direct Telecom.
I loved having one WhatsApp contact Jutta who communicated with me efficiently clearly and in perfect English always explaining what would happen when and how.
The new service was installed, mobile numbers transferred and my first bill has arrived and is easy to understand and as expected.
I highly recommend them.

Great Customer service again
We have had our broadband with Direct for around 4 years. When installing we had excellent, very responsive, customer service with an English speaker. Recently we have had some technical issues and once again the customer service really has been brilliant. Very quick, helpful, knowledgeable and in English! That is good for us as our Castellano speaking is very limited! I like to name people when they have been excellent, so, a big thank you to Miguel Pacheco. Our conversations have been very technical but each email he has responded within hours or minutes and without any problems, he sent an engineer with a new router. I wish all large companies had such a perfect service!
Großartiges Kundenservice. Meine Anforderung war, ab einem bestimmten Tag in einem Haus in Mallorca Glasfaser-Internet zur Verfügung zu haben - allerdings nur für 3 Wochen. Andere Gesellschaften haben auf diese Anfrage nicht einmal geantwortet, oder Standard-Absagen geschickt. Hier war man nicht nur - von Anfang an - freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit, sondern es hat noch dazu auch alles tadellos geklappt. Besten Dank dafür!

We have recently subscribed to this service in Spain as we live in the UK and have a property in Spain that we wanted to work from for a few months as we are internet based in the UK. The service is good, fast, allows full access to all SharePoint based systems and has supported wifi throughout the 2 floors of the apartment as well as the TV box connection providing us with a raft of additional English speaking and based TV programmes which has made a real difference to the holiday.
I would fully and highly recommend this to anyone thinking of it and Wiebke Boehnke has been an absolute pillar of support answering all of my really tedious and probably very stupid queries and assisting with the delivery of the hardware to our managing Agents and all of the set up.

since we became agents we have had no problems with setting up
new clients and today we have changed over from 02 to direct telecom such a speedy and friendly service and the engineer was very good. thank you guys.

Ich bin seit einiger Zeit Kunde bei direct TELECOM. Der Vertragsabschluss war sehr einfach. Ich nutze als Service: Internet & TV.
Ob Update meiner Zahlungsinformation, oder Probleme mit dem Tv, es konnte mir immer sofort geholfen werden - ob im Geschäft in Adeje oder per WhatsApp.
Ich als Kunde finde es gut & wichtig, bei einer zuverlässigen und kundenorientierten Firma zu sein.
