It’s a shame I cannot go higher than 5 stars!!!! Great for anyone who may be arriving in Tenerife and have no idea where to even start in terms of mobile plans / WiFi / television…. Answered my questions in minutes and literally had an engineer arrive at my property to install the same day. Went into store (the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable without trying to oversell) and walked us through all the new equipment etc. As a family literally starting from scratch in a new country, these are the type of people that make the difference. Overall, great experience. Thanks guys…. 👍 PS….. sorry the children ate so many of the complimentary sweets on the counter 😂

100% recommend! We are very happy to have switched our internet supplier to Direct Telecom. Friendly staff, easy company to deal with and great service. Our previous supplier was unable to meet our household needs with multiple devices and TV streaming but DT came to the rescue! The communication and installation was very easy and straight forward - even down to the additional tecnico to fine tune the wifi router network throughout the house - thank you! Added bonuses are that they are cheaper than our previous supplier (with faster speed) and we have a TV package that is included too - happy days!

Excellent service from start to finish with great help from Cindy and Mariano who nothing was too much trouble for, also the engineers who came to install were wonderful and made everything seem like is was easy and even though they had to come back that day (which was our fault not theirs ) they done it no problem with smiles on their faces. Thank you I would highly recommend these to anyone.

All round fantastic company. Brilliant provider AND customer service department. We recently asked to move to the next package up with faster Internet speed. It just so happened that Direct Telecom had just restructured their packages and so they offered us double the speed for the same price! They could have just let us continue on the old speed and price and we would have been noe the wiser. So thanks for your honesty DT. We moved to Direct-Telecom because we had a nightmare experience with Movistar. The migration (which included porting our Spanish landline number) was absolutely painless and took just a couple of days. Super efficient, friendly service from Jutta. Highly recommended.
