We have just had our internet upgraded to fibre by DT.Despite difficulties in accessing the fibre entry point in the street Jutta at DT did everything for us arranging for Ayuntamiento to liaise with DT engineers .During this time Jutta kept us fully informed absolutely 5 star service .Outstanding service always polite and patient a credit to DT .We would also thank Mike in Technical services always helpful and polite

I cannot recommend Mariano and his team highly enough. They have been wonderful recommending the right packages for me and are so helpful with internet issues. Mariano has so much patience explaining everything to me. This is how companies should be run. Brilliant

We have been Direct Telecom's clients for five years and have been very satisfied with the service provided. This year we chose the 4G satellite option (with catch-up facility and hibernation option) and it has been remarkably reliable and stable. We would recommend DT to anyone looking for WIFI/TV in the south of the island.

5 star service I have just had excellent service and help setting up my HD TV. It is so reassuring to know that there is always someone to help at the other end of the line. Thank you DT for being there.

I would like to thank Mariano at Direct Telecom for an outstanding job. He is brilliant at communicating and resolving any issues that arise. He was able to guide me on the package that suits us the most. I am in the midst of having my Internet moved to a new address and Mariano has done an excellent job thus far. Excellent service I've had a great experience with Direct Telecom. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help with any issues or situations you have. I'm currently moving house and Mariano has been extremely helpful in making the process of organising the internet move, a less stressful process. Best service of Tenerife !!!!

How nice it was to deal with this company. I have been with Movistar forever but found it increasingly difficult to talk with someone and when on occasion I managed to talk price, Movistar were immovable sadly. I called into Direct Telecom’s office in Adeje and while I was prepared to talk in Spanish (I can just about do that when given time to speak slowly) English speakers were on hand. I changed my internet and mobile phone suppliers easily and without a hiccup. Numbers were ported and I am up an running. The service, including email updates, was a breath of fresh air and a price saving too. If it stays that way I shall be very happy.
