Love this company. Nothing is too much trouble. My recent, quite challenging move took a whole day and the lads remained polite, obliging and upbeat throughout. Highly recommend!!

We used Direct moves from Hertford to Newport in Essex. From start to finish we couldn't fault the service at all. The quote was carried out fast and efficiently. On the day of the move the guys turned up promptly and handled all of our furniture with care and proficiency. My husband was recovering from knee surgery and they even kept a chair for him to go on the van last! Would definitely recommend the team at Direct moves.

I can’t recommend Direct Moves enough — they made a very stressful move completely bearable. The team we had were fantastic: friendly, efficient, professional, and genuinely reassuring to have around on such a hectic day. Chris was especially helpful. When our original moving date fell through, he handled everything calmly and supported us throughout. Chris….. Your guys were absolutely outstanding! I am beyond thankful to them. On the day of the move, the lift in my apartment block was broken, I was mortified that these poor guys would now have to carry the whole contents of the flat through multiple doors/corridors and 3 flights of stairs, but they did without complaint and with outstanding professionalism. Chris and his team helped me move out my house that I sold and into their storage facilities and from storage into my new home 7 months later. All of team were super friendly, Chris even broke down my beds and took down my TV from the wall which was really helpful as I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own! They took great care to not damage any furniture or carpets and supplied all the boxes and tape I needed. I will be recommending Direct Moves to friends and family now, for both the storage facility and for moving.

We moved on 3rd June and we have had a brilliant experience with Chris and his team who were Bill, Adam and Dave. They were all so friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, we had a delay with our completion and Chris drafted in another 3 members of his team to help speed up getting us into our new home.
