Perfeita e maravilhosa! Uma incomparável experiência! ☺Espaço, conforto e originalidade ☹Nada

☺The location was perfectly located in the center and super close to key visiting points, restaurants, shops etc! Super clean and staff very helpful for directions and advice. Definitely recommended with a couple of suggestions, 1. if you have young children, make sure the hotel staff is aware of that while you are booking the room. We indicated that in the booking however, Our room was in two levels, with two single beds on second floor on a balcony. Not safe and convenient if you have young children. We could not use the balcony. So we suggest to give them a call 2. If you are planning to leave the property at 9 am and use the shuttle at that time, make sure the staff is aware so the breakfast can be served earlier than 8.30am (when it starts). So that you have time!

Eccezionale ☺ Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza magica nel giro di pochi minuti l'operatrice ci ha fatto calare nella storia di Matera così da rendere più facile la visita. La nostra camera da sogno proprio nei sassi, una posizione incantevole e panoramica! Grazie

Bellissima esperienza... ☺ Location molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio. Camera suggestiva,pulita e confortevole. Attenzione alle richieste dei clienti ed estrema gentilezza del personale. Era la nostra prima volta a Matera e la titolare ci ha fornito una piantina della città indicandoci tutti i punti di maggior interesse. Parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura, staff altrettanto gentile e disponibile. ☹ Tutto perfetto.

Matera città millenaria piena di storia cultura e fascino. Persone molto gradevoli e ospitali i mate ☺ Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Personale molto preparato e accogliente

☺The hotel was clean/tidied daily. The staff are so kind and pleasant. The location is fantastic. This review is not criticism of their brilliant service, but there's a few things about the hotel that could be improved (air conditioning and breakfast service - see below). ☹The air conditioning in the junior suite (room 21) is not powerful enough to circulate the air to the upstairs area. I asked for an electric fan and the staff were kind enough to get air conditioning engineers out to check it, whilst they did some work it did not improve the circulation and there was no electric fan available. On the last night we realised that the chairs downstairs opened out to beds so we created our own beds out of this and sleeping downstairs was much more pleasant. So if you find yourself in the same situation, maybe ask the staff to set up the bed downstairs, as this is where the cool air stays. Breakfast is layed out as a self service but you cannot serve yourself, it would better if you could but instead staff will grab the things for you, seemed a bit awkward and easier if self service. All that said, it's a fantastic location for 1-2 nights. We maybe had one night too much (3 in total). It would also be much cooler another time of year so don't let the review put you off booking.
