We only recently began working with Digital Sky Solutions for our IT support and it’s already been a game changer for our business. We use them for full managed IT services, and it's been amazing having quick, professional IT support without needing an in-house IT person on our team. They’ve already tackled some big projects for us, moving our email off an old provider onto a more secure system, setting up a new server, and making sure all our data came over safely. They also tightened up our network security, put proper backup and disaster recovery plans in place, and set us up so staff can work from home securely. They've been very easy to work with and if something comes up, they respond fast and explain it in plain English so we actually get what’s going on. So far we are thrilled with the services we're receiving and it genuinely feels like they’re really invested in keeping our business running smoothly. I’d happily recommend Digital Sky to any business in Victoria that needs reliable IT support.

Digital Sky stepped in at an awkward time. We had just invested in a full digital patient management, health-care solution from another provider and had attempted an installation with that provider which had failed. The software manufacturer referred us directly to Digital Sky to address the failed installation, make recommendations for the long term to include cyber security and hardware. There was an additional investment involved on the front end, but once the solution proposed was implemented and regular maintenance was adhered to, little to no issues arose and maximum efficiency, the highest level of security and trouble-free workdays became the new norm. If we ever do experience an issue, Digital Sky is quick to respond.

Our corporate network was primitive and had many issues covering everything you could imagine. We lacked the capability to work remotely. The team at Digital Sky Solutions diagnosed our issues, took action and provided professional advice on how to remediate the network. The team performed a full rebuild of the entire network including remote work capabilities, state of the art security and data backups. We hired DSS and they came to our firm at a difficult time. We had lost access to our website controls and had some other issues with IT leadership in the organization. DSS was able to come in and take back control of all of our digital assets. More importantly steps were advised, so we would never be in that position again. Whenever we have needed them they have been responsive, professional and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for a good IT provider. We have been with Digital Sky Solutions for 6 years now. They helped us keep our legacy Point of sale system running on a modern operating system. We were getting to the point where we had to keep running old retired operating systems in order to keep the POS and inventory system running. Previous to them no vendor could support the legacy application and port it to a new current operating system that was not retired. Having this done has extended our legacy application lifetime as it could be updated with latest security patches. They gave us advice that has kept our system stable. They have provided consistent support with complex issues. They are always available to assist during critical times. We view them as an extension of our team.
