Fox landscaping exceeded my expectations! I called in a panic, our basement window well was filling up every-time we had heavy rain. I was in constant fear our basement would flood if we didn’t regrade our yard. I called Fox landscaping after I searched, regrading professional near the Doylestown area. I spoke to Ashley and she was extremely professional and timely. George came out to our home, a day later. He gave us a reasonable quote for the job. We agreed, and set up the job asap. George and his crew were out, less than a week later and completed the job the same day. We couldn’t be happier! We also received another quote from George for another area that needed regrading. We thought we’d wait till spring.George never pressured us but, because his team was already at our home, we asked them to start the second job. They started the same day and finished the next morning. Again, couldn’t be happier!!! I will use Fox landscaping from here on out. Thank you Fox Landscaping!!!

George Fox is a water management genius, and his crew are true masters of hardscaping craftsmanship. We hired George and his crew in August to address flooding we were getting through a basement window during a heavy rain, and as part of the remediation they also installed a small walkway. That remediation withstood the even more massive rains during Hurricane Ida flawlessly - not a drop along the side they fixed. As a result of their phenomenal job, we hired them again in December for a larger regrading project along a different side of the house (the front). After that project completion, our basement finally smells bone dry without a trace of musty dampness. In both projects, George and his crew were supremely professional and executed the work perfectly, and on schedule. Our new hardscaping looks stunning. George has well deserved pride in his expertise, and you will be hard pressed to find any company that can beat his craftsmanship warranty. We hired George and his crew in August to address flooding we were getting through a basement window during a heavy rain, and as part of the remediation they also installed a small walkway. That remediation withstood the even more massive rains during Hurricane Ida flawlessly - not a drop along the side they fixed. As a result of their phenomenal job, we hired them again in December for a larger regrading project along a different side of the house (the front). After that project completion, our basement finally smells bone dry without a trace of musty dampness. In both projects, George and his crew were supremely professional and executed the work perfectly, and on schedule. Our new hardscaping looks stunning. We bought our house in May, and in July we were hit with a surprise waterfall down our basement window during a heavy rain (picture attached). We consulted with different yard drainage companies and each commented that I am downhill from my neighbor on that side and water runs at my house. George was the ONLY one that accurately highlighted that the concrete around that window was an issue and had to go (in addition to re-grading and creating a swale). We are SO GLAD we listened to George, because he was dead on. The gravel under the concrete was pitching towards the house, and we even discovered holes that had been punched into my cinder block to have water flow INTO my home's interior french drain. George and his crew handled all these surprises in stride, patched the holes, regraded my land. Zero issues since then, and my sump pump that used to work super hard during any rain now barely runs. I stress, of all those I consulted - only George said the concrete was an issue. Everyone else said to keep it. Had we not listened to George, we would still have a hole in our cinder block and an over working sump pump with water running under the concrete at my house.

George's crew knows exactly how to re-grade the land so water flows where it needs to go. With hardscaping, they not only lay down a beautiful hardscaped surface but pay attention to the details on how that surface is pitched so that water along that surface runs where it needs to go too. In the case of my walkways, there is a very subtle pitch directing the water away from my house. An untrained eye would not see it, but these masters know how to do it and then show it. George also made great suggestions for my walkway, pointing out I may want to trim the front with darker pavers and the result is stunning. As part of re-grading the front they had to take out temporarily my bushes/plants. Jake made amazing suggestions on how to replant them in different spots at the end of the job such that my front looks even better than ever.

When I asked George to fix my waterfall side, he was booked through the end of August. I had a family vacation planned in early August and I was literally having panic over leaving the house empty at risk of flooding with this water issue unresolved. Had general landscaping maintenance performed as well as top soil placed along the edges of our new driveway. Biggest project though was the addition of a large drain to the property to help with some serious water retention. Not only did it solve the problem with our water retention after even a heavy rainstorm, but the sump pump is no longer continuously running thanks to an overhaul of the piping itself. We are so pleased with the results we look forward to having them install a new patio in the future!
