I lost the central stone from my diamond engagement ring and was absolutely devastated. My insurance company selected Diamond Rocks to manage the replacement and I cannot thank them enough. The communication from the very beginning was excellent. I spoke with Vineet who was incredibly helpful, reassuring and professional and I instantly felt at ease. They managed the collection of my jewellery confirmed receipt of it and keep in constant communication. Today I took receipt of my ring looking absolutely stunning and to say I am delighted is an understatement. I cannot stop looking at it. Absolutely breathtaking! I would not hesitate in recommending Diamond Rocks and I will most definitely purchase directly from them (they do have some really beautiful items, and I understand they will create bespoke pieces too) when I am looking to invest in more sparkles!
