Great experience outstanding customer service even from 3000 miles away and beautiful diamonds. I missed my delivery from fed ex so i messaged dino and explained that fed ex would require shipper to ok the package to be picked up . Dino quickly replied and stated he would call fed ex right away he did and i was able to pick up my package the same day. Aside from being excited to see the jewelry i did not want the package sitting in a warehouse for 3 days and thanks to the professionalism at diamond mansion it did not have too. The whole team at diamond mansion deserves credit because they also rushed my order so i would have it for valentines day and when i asked if that would be possible the immediate reply was we will do whatever it takes for you to have it in time !!!! As a ~30 yr old guy looking to propose to his girlfriend, who knew nothing more than what I read on Reddit and elsewhere online, finding Dino was like hitting the jackpot. Dino was patient with me as he taught me the characteristics of engagement rings, he gave me suggestions only when I asked for them otherwise allowing me to completely customize my ring, and he never tried to upsell me. Those were all things I was seeking in a jeweler as a novice. I told him my budget from the get go and he worked within it and gave me a ring I couldn’t be happier with. My fiancé loves it too. She just said yes yesterday!

I reached out to Diamond Mansion about getting a mother's ring for myself. It was on a weekend and was responded to immediately by Dino. I was interested in one of the beautiful rings but wanted a modification. Dino was so helpful. Had to look into a couple things and get back to me. I didn't have big expectations on hearing back but sure enough he got back to me right away and found exactly what I was looking for. They made me the ring and got it out to me in Illinois. God. This ring is just perfect. And I appreciate how reasonable the price was I've been looking forever for a ring and I knew how expensive they were. I had a wonderful experience working with the people at Diamond Mansion to get a custom made engagement ring and matching wedding band. I started off this process as a total beginner without any knowledge of rings. When working with Diamond Mansion, they were patient and happy to answer all my never-ending questions about different ring designs, costs, logistics, and everything else that came up. I visited several times in person (downtown LA) to see different ring examples and stones. We also communicated heavily through email to discuss the finer details of the engagement ring. I largely worked with Dino although all my interactions with the people at Diamond Mansion were fantastic - tremendously helpful in deciding between multiple options, often willing to show me example rings, and answer questions about many, many hypotheticals. I am thrilled with the engagement ring and matching wedding band I ended up receiving and so is my fiance. I am attaching a photo to show the quality of their work.
