I went to see Karem about getting my wedding and engagement rings re-sized and cleaned. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and even though the rings needed to be made considerably bigger, they were done within a week and returned to me expertly cleaned and as beautiful as the day I received them from my husband 30 years ago. I highly recommend this business especially the attentive and personable customer service and brilliant advice and craftsmanship.

He kept me updated regularly, was incredibly friendly, and even worked around my travel schedule to make sure the delivery wouldn’t spoil the surprise for my fiancée. What impressed me most was that he covered the cost of express shipping himself to ensure I received the ring on time. His professionalism and personal touch made the whole experience stress‑free. I worked with Karem to design an engagement ring that I had pictured in my head. Karem's exceptional skill and service designed exactly what I was after. Through sharing CAD models, to providing 3D printed test pieces, he gave me the comfort and confidence in his work. Karem took on suggestions I made to ensure that it was a ring developed together. Karem was honest and hardworking in helping me pick the exact diamond I was after, he did not want to just sell a diamond to another client, he helped choose a diamond in collaboration with me that would be the best for the designed ring. I cannot thank Karem and team enough for the service and quality that I received. Highly recommend.

After 45 years my wedding ring was so thin I had stopped wearing it and was unsure what to do. I met with Karem and we decided to re caste my very worn wedding ring and replace the seven small stones with tiny white diamonds. The result is so beautiful!! It has all the detail, design and sparkle as it once did so long ago. I am so so happy with Karem’s advice and guidance. He loves his work and is very professional. My husband lost his wedding ring a few months ago and we thought that after 15 we would never be able to replace it with one the same. After searching the internet I found a wedding ring that was almost identical to the one that was lost. We are in Sydney so finding a jeweller in Melbourne was amazing. After some emails with Karem and a phone conversation we placed an order. Fingers crossed that it would be a good match for the ring that was lost. The ring arrived today and we couldn’t be happier. It’s almost identical to the one that was lost and we are so thankful for the care and service provided by Karem, we can’t recommend him highly enough.
