Very poor customer service scammers looking to rip people off.
Trying to convince me they could make a replica of my ring for far less money then what I needed for a very small loan of 1k
I had 2 1ct Leo Diamond rings
1 14k 1ct diamond ring. Offered me 4-600 loan next excuse was what if you don't come back🤡🤡🤡

We are sorry you didn't have good experience. Specifically, there was no amount agreed upon. When you called and asked if we could pay $1,500.00 for three rings, we said that we would have to see them first. We do NOT quote prices without seeing items first. When you came in, one of the three rings was not real, which you acknowledged. The other two items were wedding bands. Pre-owned wedding jewelry is almost impossible to sell. With engagement rings, for example, we take out the center stone and make a new ring with the center diamond, but the mounting metal and side stones-if there are any, are break up value. (i.e. we can't retail them). In this case, with pre-owned wedding bands, we said that we would be a substantial amount under $1,000.00, which we feel, is a nice way of saying the items aren't for us and we won't be able to help you. You asked for a specific amount that we would pay, and we told you $600.00.
You mentioned how much you paid for the bands originally, you should direct your displeasure to the store that sold them to you at that price.

I received a low ball offer for a loan after an amount was already agreed upon very poor service.

An honest jewelry store. It was worth the drive from Alexandria. They were more reasonable than others for resizing. We also looked at some jewelry they had. Definitely not the heavy pressure sales type place. I recommend you check them out.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Keith at the diamond exchange. We bought earrings and had my engagement ring re set. The earrings are gorgeous and my ring looks brand new.
Keith is easy to work with and his prices are very fair. I will always use the diamond exchange for future purchases.

If you could be more specific that would help,.... If I'm correct, this is the customer who had the Vera Wang ring,.. you should direct your displeasure with the company that sells these poor quality engagement rings without credible diamond reports, (we specialize in purchasing and selling diamonds with GIA reports) we passed because the re-selling of these types of rings is very difficult to impossible. The mark-up when you buy from these companies and the quality you get is the real issue. Hope that helps.

I have worked with Justin and Keith for over 25 years. They earned my business in the first item I purchased. They refunded me money when the diamonds that they charged me for weighed less what they charged. They could have taken advantage of me and I would have never known. I have referred all my friends to them and everyone has a great experience. These guys are the best.
