**Should be zero stars, but it wouldn't post without having at least one star. Scheduled Diamond Bright to do carpet cleaning today. Received an email reminder yesterday, confirming my window for them to arrive was 9-11am. 11am came and went, no one showed up. At 11:30am I called them, no answer, had to leave a voice mail. It's now after 3pm and still no one has shown up, and no return phone call. Took the day off work to have this service done and had all the furniture moved and ready for service. Highly irritated and disappointed. Not a good way to do business.
Lamon kept me updated of when he would arrive for my appointment. When he arrived he went right to work. He did a very thorough job and the carpet looked great when he was finished. He was super friendly and very polite. There weren't any extra costs like most carpet cleaning companies. A++ business!!

Excellent work! Lamon is very attentive and takes pride in his work. I had some several pet stains I was concerned about. In one area, I had forgotten about a different stain that I had cleaned up from that area a year ago. I did not realize that when I had done, this, it spread out below the surface. 24 hours after Lamon worked on that area, the old stain surfaced. I emailed him on a Saturday and he responded right away, and came back Monday to work on it. It looks amazing. On the first visit, he also cleaned 2 couches and 6 dining room chairs. The couches had been cleaned by other companies but NOBODY has gotten them THIS clean! Stains are GONE! We have had these couches for about 15 years. The chair cushions are cream colored and had a lot of pet stains and cat fur. We have had those for almost 30 years and have never had them cleaned. They too look amazing. Thank you Lamon for your attention to detail and for standing by your work. I will definitely call you again!

Lamon arrived on time and did a deep clean on our cream colored couch - it was pretty dirty from our dog and spilled wine/coffee. I’m so pleased with the cleaning! He was quick and did an awesome job with the stains. Looks better than I could have hoped for! We will use Lamon in the future. Even better, he was responsive and answered his phone when I called to book. Too many companies don’t answer their phones. Thank you Lamon!

I will never go anywhere else! I had another company come out a year ago and it really didn’t look like they touched it. I decided to try Diamond Bright and when I came in after he was finished I could not believe he got the stains out. These stains have been there for a while. The guy was so very nice and I even forgot my credit card and he came back 2 days later when we opened again to collect the payment. I felt so bad I didn’t have my card and he did not seem to mind at all coming back for his payment. I would give 10 stars if I could!! It also smelt so good when I walked in because after he cleans he uses a deodorizer. Only took him 4 hours and he had 5 rooms and 3 of the rooms were huge classrooms. I forgot before and after pics of the other rooms but they look awesome!

Excellent results and service. I had several stains in my kitchen chair cushions and all gone now. I had a very dark high traffic area and it is now as bright as the rest of the carpet i couldn’t believe it. I will use this company again.
