Scumbag scammers and that's being polite! What a farce, scamming, company. I've had to write on behalf of my son because as a naive 13 year old, he didn't check real reviews. Any of you out there who zone in to the 5 star reviews, check how many other reviews the #customers have left. You'll find it's generally 1-2! Hmmmm, worth taking seriously eh? Typical cheap, Chinese, knock-off rubbish, rarely delivered and absolutely diabolical customer service. But! Thank you for the very steep learning curve delivered to my son...unlike his order!

TOTAL Ripoff and Products Not as Described Hard pass on this company and their products! Highly recommend that you use other options for products than DHGate - Tried them for a 4 figure piece of equipment that arrived damaged and part of it doesn't work. Seller was uncooperative and DHGate didn't do anything to assist in resolving the situation. Very different than what would happen with Amazon and several other companies of this type. We didn't get any messages or notices until we logged into the account and find out that they had closed the case. So we're out $XXXX and have a piece of junk. Also note - their prices are higher than many other sites like one that begins with A and another one that begins with e. Hope no one else has to deal with this and take your hard earned money to someplace that treats you right and delivers what you are supposed to get in working order! Truly the WORST shopping experience I've had in years.

My 16 year old son still hasn't received his shoes My 15 year old son still hasn't received his shoes and it's been six months. Customer service gives the runaround. Never does anything about it. Please refrain from using this buyer. They are definitely a scam.

Dress poorly made. This is my second review on this issue. I purchased this gown from DHGate for my granddaughters senior ball. 1st time i ever ordered from them and the last.The dress is beautiful pictured online. 1st thing, it arrived late. We opened it and it reeked of a chemical smell. She tried it on, the hip area was to tight, the back was loose, but she tired it closed, however the two ends did not match up (see pic) The dress was not the size we ordered. It has loose strings all over the dress, and the stitching is poorly done. I went back and forth in messages with the seller. I asked for half my money back so I can take it to a tailors to have it fixed, after going back and forth with her for days, she agreed to refund me only $60 but i only received $54. I took the dress to the tailors to have it fixed, the lady said it would cost more then what the dress is worth to fix it, I took it to another and he said he would not attempt to touch it. I sent a message to the seller and informed her, she told me ship it back to them. So I packaged it up and took it to the post office just to find out it would cost me more to ship it back than the refund she gave me of $54 dollars. Contacted the seller again. She said "sorry my friend, you agreed on the refund", I said yes $60, but you gave me $54 I told her I really need half of my money back or you pay for the shipping, she said she would give me $36 refund, but said I had to remove my review. I paid $160 for the dress. I told her when I get the refund I will take the review down. It's been a week and I got no refund and she's not responding to my messages. And also when I had the dress at the tailors, I had them do the measurements of the dress, the hip size was a 47inch, we order a 51 inch in the hips. This dress is completely useless. Please see the photos, I also sent a screen shot of the sellers message asking me to remove my review.

Website should not exist I bought an product there that was so different from the basic description itself. I tried to open a ticket to return and get a refund and the site basically refused, saying it needs to be marked received and 10 days have to pass before I can initiate a complaint. I ALREADY MARKED IT RECEIVED! I reported the transaction to my cc company so they're investigating. I sent them the pictures and the product description as proof. The idiot seller was non-communicative. I'll never utilize these kind of sites ever again.

Never received items Order a jacket 1/28/******* and now it's April 7,2024 haven't heard anything. The company not on answering. DHGate not responding.

Save on the deals. I often visit this website to look for some deals on the products. They frequently give out juicy deals in the flash deals section. And by the way I don't know if it's true that the majority of their deliveries happen in less than 72 hours, but my experience was exactly like that.
