Item did not arrive
Item did not arrive.
I opened a dispute but was told that courier company had delivered it.
I was given no details for a courier company, and no details about where it was delivered.
The dispute was closed and I have paid for a jacket that I did not receive.
First and last time I will use DH Gate.
