We live in NW1, and after months of trying to decide on the right roofer for our property, we finally chose Obsidian Roofing Limited, led by Naher, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Our roof had a long history of problems, including ongoing water ingress affecting the top-floor flat, so it was essential that we found someone with the expertise to resolve the issues. We commissioned a roofing survey and chose Naher based on his excellent reviews, particularly the repeated comments about his expertise, diligence, patience, workmanship, and customer care. He absolutely lived up to those reviews. We had a full roof replacement carried out, and throughout the project Naher was professional, organised, and communicative. The scaffolding had to go through the downstairs flat, and Naher personally supervised the process, laid down dust sheets, and ensured everything was cleaned afterwards. We received daily videos and photos showing the progress of the work, which gave us real peace of mind. The work was completed in less than two weeks and carried out to a very high standard. As I live on the top floor and have a roof terrace that provides outdoor space for my cat, I especially appreciated how clean and tidy Naher kept the area throughout the project. He was always available to answer questions and explain the work being carried out. What impressed us most was that when the scaffolding company accidentally broke two windows while removing the scaffolding, Naher went out of his way to ensure both were repaired promptly, and to a very high standard even though it was not his responsibility. It is rare to find a contractor who combines roofing expertise with such professionalism and genuine care for their customers. I would highly recommend Naher and Obsidian Roofing Limited.
