I recently took my mother for an appointment with Dr. Ranjan Upadhyay. She had some kind of rashes under her eye which was not getting treated for about 3 months. Dr Ranjan took just 5 minutes to diagnose the problem,and my mother got treated with his prescription within 10 days. Probably one of the best doctors out there,would definitely recommend to all. 5 stars.

Dr Ranjan Upadhyay is an excellent dermatologist with a very approachable and pleasant demeanour. He is a very nice person who is great at his job. My daughter, her cousins and our friends all go to him and each one is very pleased with how effective his treatments are. I highly recommend him as a dermatologist.

I had deep scars on my elbow that affected my confidence for years. After researching my options, I decided to go for CO2 laser treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The procedure itself was quick, and although there was some discomfort, Dr. Ranjan Upadhyay made sure I was comfortable throughout. By the time I completed my second session, the improvement was remarkable. I highly recommend CO2 laser treatment for anyone struggling with scars.

I recently visited Desmoderm and was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Ranjan Upadhyay. His professionalism, patience, and expertise are truly commendable. He was especially wonderful with my young child, making him feel comfortable and relaxed during the consultation. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such exceptional medical knowledge with genuine care and friendliness. However, my experience with the clinic staff, particularly the receptionist (her name might be Deepti or something similar), was absolutely appalling. While I understand she has a demanding job managing multiple patients, her tone and manner of speaking were shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. I’ve never encountered or even heard of someone being yelled at for no reason, yet that’s exactly what happened. The thought of my next follow-up appointment fills me with dread—not because of the excellent care provided by Dr. Upadhyay but because of the possibility of missing her call due to a meeting or some unavoidable reason, only to face her wrath again. It’s a sad and stressful situation. It’s truly disheartening to consider not returning to such an exceptional doctor purely because of the ill-mannered staff. I sincerely hope the clinic management takes immediate steps to address this issue, as it severely detracts from the otherwise stellar care provided by Dr. Upadhyay. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism at every step of their journey.
