Without a doubt I knew at my initial consult, Dr Amy DeRosa was my person I would place my trust in. Approachable, so very knowledgeable, an all around advocate for women, and kind! There was no hesitation to move forward with her in charge. Additionally, each individual who cared for me prior to surgery was just as comforting, so very capable and again kind. I felt safe.

Best Decision I Could Have Made
Haven’t posted yet to their google review but lmk what you think. Dr. DeRosa, Tim, and the entire team were absolutely incredible throughout my breast explant journey. From my very first emotional phone call, Tim reassured me that what I was experiencing wasn’t “in my head,” even after multiple doctors and specialists couldn’t explain my severe joint pain and inflammation. Meeting Dr. DeRosa was a turning point—she is not only highly knowledgeable but also kind, genuine, and deeply empathetic. Knowing she had personal experience made me feel even more confident in my decision. Surgery day went smoothly, and the results were life-changing. I immediately noticed I could breathe better, and the inflammation I had been suffering from disappeared. I felt like myself again with minimal discomfort. At my follow-ups, I continued to receive the same level of care and compassion. Learning that one implant had been leaking only confirmed I made the right choice. Dr. DeRosa and her kind staff took such good care of me before, during and after my explant and lift surgery. I’m so glad that my ruptured implants are gone and I already feel better since they’ve been removed. I expected droopy breasts but much to my surprise with the help of Dr. DeRosa’s expertise my breasts look perkier than before I breast fed. I’m so incredibly grateful for Dr. DeRosa’s skill. Thanks to Tim for answering my numerous questions, Wanda who did indeed take good care of me, operating room nurse, Katie for answering my post op questions and the entire staff for being so kind.
I was very pleased with my entire experience here. All of the staff were wonderful. I am very happy with my breast implant removal results. The recovery was better than I anticipated and the recovery plan was so well laid out that I knew what to expect week by week. Came here in April for a brachioplasty and while the staff are very friendly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else come here for the same operation. Before surgery, I asked Dr Derosa if she does revisions in case I was not happy with the amount of skin that was taken off and she said “she’s never had to do a revision before but yes, would consider it”
So after the surgery, I was indeed not happy with my arms. I felt like they were uneven and still had excess hanging skin. After how absolutely expensive this surgery was and how hard the recovery period was, I felt disappointed. When I told dr derosa this, she was did let me know that if I wanted anymore off that it would be another full brachioplasty/procedure. She in fact did not consider revisions. Like even a little bit. She instead offered to show me my before photos and sent me on way without any kind of solution. Shout out to Tim in finance though for being awesome and Mackenzie in front desk.

A special thank you to Tim, who went above and beyond in caring for my mother. He did an incredible job using their Picosure machine to clean up her eyebrow tattoo. The results were far better than we ever expected, and the process was comfortable and reassuring every step of the way.
