The staff is very friendly. The appointment started on time. The dentists and dentist aids were very profession and started working on me right away. They gave me a numbing shot, and I was not in pain at point when they were working on my teeth. I recommend Dentistry Downtown for anyone who wants a positive dental experience.

My name is Tamara Watts Westberry. I'd do less than one star if possible.
Front desk and a few other staff members were kind and professional.
Since May 8th, my first appointment, two teeth filled. I've been in pain ever since.
They missed so many issues in my mouth and teeth. The Xrays taken were useless.
The Dentist shouted at me, her assistant wasn't trained properly or is really new.
I can't list all the mistakes.
Needless to say, I fired Denistry Downtown after my 3rd appointment. I truly tried to give Dr. Howell a chance to make up for her mistakes.
She chose to be extremely arrogant and offered no resolution.
My husband and I really love Downtown Dentistry. Dr. Howell and her staff are the best. They are all very friendly, caring, and helpful. We were looking for a dentist years ago and we just walked in and asked if they were taking new patients. They were and they took us right then to do a cleaning. We have gone there ever since. Thank you Dr. Howell and Staff for making us feel like family. See you in 6 months!

Great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful from beginning to end and Dr. Howell was very kind and compassionate. I came in with a ton of anxiety and left feeling taken care of and heard. I would definitely recommend Downtown Dentistry to anyone!

I had a āemergency visitā this morning. I called at 8 AM and was seen within half an hour. This was very comforting since Iāve been in pain all weekend and couldnāt eat anything. They took x-rays and made a diagnosis Immediately.
The staff called an endodontist and got me an appointment to get this taken care of soon.
Great service and level of care.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rebecca Howell. She works patients in her busy day to day schedule and performs dental miracles. There have been several instances where she worked Dave in to address cracked teeth and pain issues. Today I had my own mini emergency with an infected gum. She checked me out thoroughly, cleaned the gum area and gave me antibiotics to facilitate healing. My gum felt better immediately. If you need a great skilled dentist, please call Dentistry Downtown. Dental miracles are performed daily. Sheās the BEST!!!
