As a new patient, I’d like to give immense credit to the staff at Renew Dentistry for making such a great first impression on me. As someone who struggles with anxiety during medical visits, I truly appreciate how respectful, calm, and precise the experience was from start to finish. Tiffany, the hygienist, was constantly checking to make sure everything was comfortable and was so kind throughout the whole process. Dr. Lim greeted me before my appointment and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout, as well. He was able to quickly assess my x-rays, explain everything in a way that was easily digestible, breakdown costs/setup procedure plans, and have me scheduled for my next appointment without any issue at all. Genuinely looking forward to my next visit. Thank you so much!

Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. Dentist and staff are very nice. I came here for a second opinion and he was very honest and up front. He helped me feel better about my teeth as i had a misdiagnosis from a previous dentist and he sat down and took the time to explain everything that I actually need done. Thank you Dr.! I cant wait for my next visit.

They are not honest about their estimates in the beginning, beware that estimates they give you initially will be triple at the end and you will notice this after your tooth is cut open which I thought is not fair! The dental work is average.

The office looked nice, but the service did not match. I waited over thirty minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was rough and the dentist seemed distracted. I asked several questions about my treatment plan and got rushed, unclear answers. They also pushed expensive add ons that I did not need. My insurance was mishandled and I ended up paying more than I was quoted. Overall, a frustrating and impersonal experience. I will find a different dentist in Irvine.

Dr Lim is amazing. I would highly recommend him. He goes above and beyond to help even responding to a text for prophylactic antibiotics on a Sunday which is unheard of for a provider these days. Thank you Dr Lim
