I have recently began working in Seattle, 3000 miles away from my home. It was a Saturday @ 0630, I was getting ready for work, when I saw my front tooth chipped. OMG!!! When I used the search engine on my Dental Ins app, I began frantically scrolling, there wasn’t any appointments available. Then I saw a 1330 appointment at Silver Firs, so I grabbed it. The interaction with the bot to compile my information was amazing!! I actually thought I was texting w/ a person. I completed almost all the paperwork online & was pleasantly surprised when I received a call @ 0806 there was now a 1300 appointment available. What superior service! I knew I was in great hands! When I arrived at the office, which is a brand new state of the art facility, I knew I was in great hands!! I was greeted with Aloha! EVERYONE is so kind & Dr Phang quickly & safely repaired my tooth!! No one would see I had a broken tooth! It was my lucky day & I am so appreciative!

I had a really good experience during my dental visit where I had three fillings done. The dentist took the time to explain what they were doing at each step, which helped me feel relaxed and informed. The procedure itself was smooth, and they checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. The staff was friendly, organized, and made the whole appointment feel easy from start to finish. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism — it made what could have been a stressful visit feel surprisingly pleasant.
