I went to Riyo dental ( dental triage) on 13/12/2025 after my dental implant fell out. They were able to see me the same day and were amazing, the receptionist, dentist and dental nurse all very friendly. The dentist talked me through what was needed then fixed it for me. I am honestly so grateful to them. What a great service 👏 👌
Messaged about some horrendous pain last night around 10pm, was offered a quick appointment and was there for treatment at 11pm, a quick assessment and procedure took the pain away immediately. Everything was explained and advice for further treatment at my own dentist was given. Dr Sanjay and Alisha were warm, welcoming and professional. .Should I ever need an emergency out of hours appointment again I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service. Prices are in line with what would be expected for out of hours care but sometimes needs must.
I had an emergency appointment to remove a wisdom tooth yesterday. As someone that is quite anxious at the dentist, I felt really comfortable and well looked after at the triage. Dr Sanjay was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease before, during and after my procedure. Alisha was really comforting and her presence in the room made me feel at ease and confident throughout my procedure. The atmosphere was relaxing and professional, the issues I had regarding my tooth were dealt with quickly and I was really happy with the service. If anyone has a dental emergency, I highly recommend this service as I was seen within 24 hours of my call and 24 hours later I feel back to normal. Thank you Dr Sanjay and Alisha!!!!
Emergency appointment yesterday evening in Stretford. Very nervous and anxious as it had been sometime since I had visted a dentist. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere, I was reassured and put at ease. Everything was explained regarding the issue and treatment. Dr Bhavik Patel and his colleague were fantastic.
I left the dental surgery calm,relieved and confident to now register and return for further treatment. P.G
A couple of weeks ago I ended up having a tooth extraction. It was half eight at night on a Thursday and I was lucky enough to get an appointment straightaway as I was in a lot of pain. I was seen to quickly on arrival and everyone was very calm and friendly. I was taken through the whole process so I knew what to expect, which I found very reassuring and put me at ease. Throughout the extraction the dentist was efficient and careful and I was told what was happening next at every step. When the procedure was finished I was told what to do over the following 24hrs and in the weeks after that. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the same position as me and I would use them again in the future without hesitation.
I needed emergency treatment late at night. The dentist and dental nurse on duty Thursday 13th were absolutely amazing. They kept me calm and took great care of me. I needed to return the evening after with a big blood clot and again the same dentist is outstanding. I would recommend this place for emergency triage. Thank you for such outstanding care and service
Had some issues with my gum and was so glad I found Dental Triage. I was nervous about using an emergency dentist, but the booking process was quick and easy. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was clean. The dentist sorted my issue quickly, and I’m now recovering well. Highly recommend!
Fantastic place. Helped me out massively. I needed a couple of fillings and could only make an appointment over the weekend as I work nights. The team there were amazing and where else could you be welcomed at 9pm on a Saturday night at a dentist. They put me at ease and helped me understand exactly what I needed before anything was done and told me what was going to happen.
