They have a new policy. They will not bill your second insurance if you have double coverage. That means you have to pay them (monies that your second coverage would pay) and bill your second insurance yourself. I do not know what codes the procedure are called? How do I do this? I never had a dental office refuse to bill your insurance. I also had a appointment to clean my denture but they made the appointment just to clean my teeth. It has been 14 months since my denture been installed and dentist said to have it removed and cleaned once a year. So I asked for an appointment to get that done and they gave me an appointment nine months away which will make it two years since installed with no cleaning or inspection.
I am not happy with them at all and would not recommend them to anybody!
It is highly recommended you look elsewhere for a dentistry practice. While the hygienists and doctor are friendly, the office staff are least than helpful. As a new patient, I waited several months for an appointment, only to be informed that when I arrived, a new patient appointment does not include cleaning; you need to schedule that separately (not indicated when making my new patient appointment). Additionally, when trying to schedule follow up procedures, there is no availability to do so. It seems that this practice has taken on too many patients, and it cannot meet the needs of their clientele, as scheduling and availability are limited at best. Look elsewhere if you would like to have dental work completed in a reasonable time period.

Hi glen. We never ever do hygiene the first time you see our office. We first do a consultation since we do not know your oral health. Nobody in our team told you you were going to get a hygiene sameday. You will find a hygienist shortage in all of Delaware so unfortunately you will find difficulty in getting appointments everywhere. If you are unhappy with the friendly doctors, hygienists and assistants in a brand new state of the art facility,good luck finding better.
Checking out was terrible. The young girl took her sweet time to check me out. Then whenever she decided to give me her attention she still took her time. I waited 5 mins before she decided to come to me. Then she never went over my options. She just sat infront of the computer not saying anything
