I’m currently back in Connecticut visiting my mom for the holidays, and she couldn’t stop talking about how helpful and respectful the technicians were. They installed a new faucet and repaired the toilet in her guest bedroom quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, both of the guys clearly knew exactly what they were doing (replacing a toilet and replacing a valve) and were extremely efficient. We have a cat who approached both guys when they came inside and they even knew how to offer a hand to our kitty, who approved. I would absolutely recommend to others and call again if I need any more work done.

Our Delponte Plumbing experience was top-notch. Very quick response to our needs. Capability to forward pictures of our concern to allow technicians to come fully prepared was invaluable. Joel offered us money saving options for repair. Technicians were considerate of our property, cleaning up after the jobs. Joel clearly explained what needed to be fixed and what he would do, along with estimates. Everyone was very personable and polite. Delponte will now be our permanent company to turn to. We were charged a very reasonable price considering two visits were required and the jobs performed.

I called Delponte to report a thermostat that wasn’t working. In a matter of hours Landon was at my house to size up the situation. He determined that the thermostat needed to be replaced and picked one up and bingo it was installed. Just like the other folks at Delponte, Landon was competent, efficient, warm and friendly. He has performed service calls for heating and A/C on other occasions with consistent superior service. I am grateful to have Delponte in my corner. They provide excellent service and genuine caring that is palpable.
