Great experience! Company was easy to deal with from initial call to showing up at appointment on time to knowledgeable tech (Ryan crowe) who evaluated the issues and repaired our water treatment system properly and promptly for a very reasonable price. I 100% recommend this company and will definitely reach out to them again in the future if needed.

Brian came out and tested our water. Not only did he explain everything thoroughly but not once did he try to push over on us to make a purchase. We also got 0% financing for a year. Double plus! Excellent customer service!

Brendon showed up on time, checked the unit and noticed the leak. Since he did not have a shop vacuum he was unable to remove the contents and check for the leak. Being unable to go further, he left. I paid the full service charge but still have a leak! When will someone come and finish the job?
May 2026: Emailed them asking for information for a water conditioner and filter system but did not get a response. I understand that people get busy, but a reply to my simple email shouldn't have been difficult. Went with another company after waiting a couple of days for a reply from DWS. Wish them the best, that's why the 3 stars.

My husband and I just moved to the area from Florida and immediately started noticing issues with our water. After doing research online I found Delmarva Water Solutions. They came out and tested my water. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. We can’t wait to have our system installed next week.
