Worst Services by Delight....
I just bought and installed the LG AC and works good when installed person was ther and after some room cleaning when we start it shows error "EO" and when we contacted the person who installed AC was not coming says contact LG cust. and do complain there... Now the Delight services person are behaving rudely on phone like its our fault not taken my complain keep the phone Aside. I bought it from Vijay Sales. When 1st we contacted the person installed AC says i am home with family i come and see tomorrow when i call in morning he says i come at 12 noon again called then says i come @ 02:30 pm after that i called him he says Delight Services not allowed me to visit and see the fault i am not coming contact LG services they send someone else...
Worst experience ever i seen in my Life...
My previous AC was O'General and i upgraded it from 1 ton to 1.5 ton...
LG shared the details of this agency as the installation agency on 12 April. Firstly, the number of engineer provided was not in USE. Then i tried to call on the number provided in the website. after multiple attempts a gentlemen picked up after 11am and said the lady who allots the work is not present. when i enquired will there be anyone who will be visiting to do the installation, he said, I DONT KNOW and hung up the call. thereafter the call was never answered. Bought an AC and its lying in packed box for the want of an installation .
