I had an excellent experience from start to finish working with the team at Defiant Motorsports to get my truck lifted, and riding good. David, the gentleman who I spoke to the most had incredible customer service every time i called, and did a great job making sure I understood everything that was happening, and keeping me up-to-date with time frames on ordered parts, and the work being done. They installed a 6 inch lift kit, and all of the supporting mods that my truck needed. They also informed me of parts that my truck needed that I was not aware of, but they were able to take care of that to make sure everything was good to go for me. Awesome experience, and awesome people. Super happy with how it all turned out, and I plan to bring the truck back for more work in the future.

David was great to work with! He was super nice, very military-friendly, and made the whole process smooth. I had my Toyota emblem swapped for the Crown emblem, the caps on my rims changed to the Crown emblem, and the dealership decal removed. Everything turned out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

There's a saying that you get what you pay for in the world, and boy, is this true for Defiant Motorsports. I wasted the better part of the day looking for Ranch Hand products, and either folks didn't know where to get them, how to install them, or they were price gouging and unable to answer my questions... all of them except Defiant. Upon my arrival, they gave me the exact same price that I was quoted over the phone, the parts will arrive in less than 24 hours, instead of 3 weeks or longer, and they game me a realistic estimate of how long the installation will take. The only room for improvement would be advising me of the extra fee for paying with a card, as I could have brought cash. Small price to pay for convenience and professionalism.
