My experience with attorney Scott Gross was extremely disappointing. He was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in his communication. I felt talked down to rather than helped, and it left a really negative impression. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend his services to anyone.
His attitude was rude and dismissive, and it honestly made me wonder if law school taught him anything about basic respect or professionalism. I walked away feeling unheard and disrespected, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
