I met Dipti Mam for reversing bottlefeed to breastfeed. My baby was exclusively having bottlefeed and with formula milk and use to cry when breastfed. After the session with Mam, she educated me with few tips and techniques and it worked wonders for me. Earlier i used to feed breastmilk and formulafeed in 50:50 ratio, now am able to breast feed more and i formulafeed twice or thrice in a day which is a huge improvement. . She is very sweet, listens very patiently and give the solution

After 5 days, I was struggling with many difficulties in my postpartum breast feeding journey but in my first visit with Deepti Ma'am, I learned proper way of Breast feeding and got relief in the pain which was unbearable during feeding. She is very calm and patient. She guided me with right technique of feeding which helped to get relief from pain. I personally suggest if anyone facing these issues Doctor Deepti is the right person for this.

Deepti has been a saviour to me whenever I faced breastfeeding issues. I had no idea how new mothers struggle with it and there aren't many lactation consultants around. I had latching issues and my baby was underweight when I walked into her office. My 20 days old baby finally latched well in the first session. The techniques she taught me were super helpful. Most importantly she assessed and identified the issues correctly. No one knew or told me about sizes in breast pump since most people use the standard size! She rightly pointed out that I'm using a wrong size due to which it was painful and low quantity being expressed. All I got from other consultants and trained nurses was generalised advice on how to breastfeed. She gave us a comprehensive plan to increase breast milk and my baby's weight. During the session, she's warm, full of positivity and devoted her time patiently until the problem was resolved. New mothers with any lactation issues should definitely visit her once.

Deepti madam was surely an angel for me. I had struggled a lot with latching and feeding with my baby from past 3 months. After lot of pain, guilt, surrounded by many myths/advices, I had decided to approach Deepti madam. She was so empathetic and patient. She practically taught the technique of breastfeeding and i realised all my problem was lying with the technique and not that there was an issue with me or my child. It was the smoothest latching hour with my baby in past 3 months. Only i wish, i should had come earlier to her. My experience wasn't very upto the mark. 1. In first instance the response after online payment wasn't very prompt/professional. 2. On visit, I was Advised medicine which was refused by my physician instantly because of future side effects. All the best!

I feel sorry to see you not very happy with your experience, Anshika.

When you came to me, I didn't asked my service payments even, I received payment after after a day, you took the consult that too on requests, I asked you the payments after a day. You got upset with that too. I offered my assistance and availability whenever you needed in the future. I am unsure what else you expected. As a Lactation consultant we never prescribe medicines. That's not our job and all my clients vouch for this.
You were never suggested any medications by us, neither asked to see someone. Your case was of establish breastfeeding and you were not allowed to move out of home as per your statement then.
You were in high in postpartum phase in those early first forty days. And was struggling. I gave you my committed time and expertise to support you. Bit you were not in receiving mode.

I had a wonderful experience with Deepti. She has a calming and kind presence that is immensely helpful when you are struggling with breastfeeding and feeling judged. And she listens patiently, makes meticulous notes and then guides her clients. My previous experience with a different lactation consultant in Gurgaon who charged me a huge fee but did not help at all was horrid. I am glad I visited Deepti and regained some confidence.
