I had a very bad experience with Decisive Zone regarding visa services and ongoing support.
After deciding to terminate our cooperation and resign from their services, I have been waiting for over 2 months for a clear response and proper follow-up.
They first claimed they were not receiving my e-mails/messages, and later – instead of solving the matter – they started telling me that I have to pay additional fees, without any clear contract or agreement covering these charges.
Almost every time a price for a service was agreed in advance, in the middle of the process they suddenly added new, previously unagreed fees. If I did not immediately agree to pay, they would simply freeze or delay the whole process.
I sent a formal compliance/audit request for full access credentials and portals for my company (with multiple reminders over several weeks) and never received a proper, complete reply.
I paid for an “express” visa service that was promised in 3 days – it took 15 days.
After doing the visa process myself directly with the authorities, I realised that Decisive Zone’s pricing was roughly 150% higher. I effectively overpaid around 12,000 AED compared to handling the visa directly.
Communication was slow and reactive. Instead of providing solutions and transparency, I received conflicting information, new unexpected payment requests and no real ownership of the issues.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend using Decisive Zone for services.
If you are comfortable with basic paperwork, doing the visa directly via government portals is much faster and costs well over 50% less than what I was quoted and charged by Decisive Zone.

`I don't normally write reviews however I needed to come here and share my experience with everyone - I opened my company with decisive zone and started the process 2 months ago
Firstly they gave me a quote and once I paid the quote, there was more than 20,000 AED in hidden COSTS and they did not inform me about these extra fees. Every time there was a delay, they mentioned that special approval was required which was an extra 2000 that I needed to pay and and once again, they did not tell me about the hidden fees.
Also I had to pay 2000 AED in fines because my partners VISA expired and they did meet the deadline that they gave me, no reimbursement for the fines has been given back to me, I had to pay these hidden cost once again.
In total, I paid around 25,000 AED extra in hidden costs from the original quote and the sales representative (SANA) that I originally was dealing with, continued to ignore and hangup my phone calls once they realized I was VERY UNHAPPY about these sneaky hidden costs...
Please be careful when choosing companies, make sure to read the reviews as everything on the front doesn't amazing as always.

I would not recommend dealing with this company. Based on my experience, they have not demonstrated reliability or trustworthiness. There are several other reputable companies offering the same services in the market, and they may provide a more secure and dependable experience.

I had an excellent experience with Decisive Zone for my UAE company formation. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with real professionalism.
