Poor service after I settled my dept, struggle to get clearance letter. Dept Busters claimed they can negotiate on discount settling credit providers through them but instead the amounts was way higher then settling the credit providers directly. I wouldn't recommend this option to anyone.

I have been impressed for a long time, however after being assured on numerous occasions that I owe nothing and I have received my clearance certificate, I received sms's, emails and a phone call to state I still owe money. Really not impressed as for 5 years I paid everything on time without fail and now I sit with this issue..
Follow up to this, your very professional staff has been in contacted and the situation has been corrected as my payment plan with Hyphen was not terminated but they have now resolved this matter. Very happy and amazed that I have received my clearance certificate. Thank you DebtBusters and staff for going the extra mile. You are truly an inspiration as to how you treat your customers
