Purchased “sight unseen” I live in Northern Bc, I needed a new work truck, googled the truck I was looking for, a 2500 dodge, noticed an advert from Dealershift on Autotrader, txt’d the contact # provided, was replied to by Hamish who knowledgeably answered a few of the questions I had, he directed me to their website page regarding that truck, where I found all the available information on the truck, a YouTube link showing me their overview of the truck, along with a complete breakdown of the presented pricing, answering every other question I might have had. Within 3 days I had purchased the truck “sight unseen” and had it shipped directly to me, where it arrived exactly as I expected(if I’m being honest, even a little better than expected). I cannot express my appreciation enough to the Dealershift group (shout out to Hamish in particular) on their honest portrayal and professionalism during the entire transaction. If you miss out on the opportunity to work with this dedicated group of individuals, I can comfortably say you will have missed out on an extremely rare experience!

When I originally came to DealerShift I assumed it was a typical dealership, only to find a completely new experience! Booking an appointment through Austin to see the car, the test-car experience, and receiving detailed information of the vehicle was all very professionally done. When asked how they made their price point, Austin provided a detailed explanation using comparable listings to show it was priced very well. It was refreshing not to have to go back and forth with a car salesman and wait for the manager in the back that you don’t get to see and talk to agree or disagree to offers. Austin and his team were great! One of the best experiences we have had in purchasing a vehicle.

We were looking for a new car and a trade in of our old one. While we didn’t end up going with theirs, I sure wish I could have. The experience from front to back with their associate was excellent. They allowed me to test drive another car we hadn’t planned to in addition to the one we came for. Pricing was fair, they walked me through market competition, trade in value, their bottom line, any minor damage was called out in pictures and shown directly by the associate. Only my wife’s preference in interior colors took us elsewhere. I highly recommend this business for straightforward everything and ensuring you feel you are fully informed to make the right decision. I will be looking here again the next time we need a new vehicle.

Another great experience here this week with Hamish, Austin and Himmat. We bought 2 cars and both were made super easy, fast and seamless by this team! This now makes 5 cars we have bought from Dealershift in the last few years. The cars in the showroom are super clean, all information about them is presented up front, pricing is fair and they are transparent about everything.
