I called after they had closed on a Friday night as I was needing a trailer. They answered and said they could meet me there whenever I needed. I arrived an hour and a half after they had closed and he helped me with the purchase of a trailer, connect it to truck, and made sure everything was working properly with the lights. Definitely will buy my trailers from them.

Working with DD Trailers in Flemingsburg, Kentucky has been a great experience. Daryl the owner is a principled, honest man who knows his business. My work was treated with care and thoughtfulness and timeliness. Daryl presented several options which turned out to be very wise and cost effective. He absolutely stayed on budget and did a great job. Things turned out so well that I handed him without hesitation a second big project to complete for me. Daryl and his team are very serious pros in every sense of the word. Their shop is neat and clean. I could never recommend anyone higher than DD trailers for this type of trailer work. Even though I did not purchase my trailer here they were amazing to help me troubleshoot my lest than 1 year old trailer. Talked me over the phone on the road. After 3 to 4 phone calls we got it figured out over the phone. Great part is they did all this out of the generosity of their heart. Saving me a 2 hour round trip min and got my trailer brakes working. Hard to find customer service like this anymore, let alone this level of knowledge. I will be heading their way for my next trailer purchase.

They offered a great price, and the service was top-notch. Daryl was excellent to work with from start to finish—very helpful, informative, and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The trailer itself is high quality and exactly what I was looking for.
Easy location to get in and out of, and overall just a smooth process. Definitely worth the drive—I’d go back again without hesitation.
