I had some trouble with my clean-out and called D.C. drains and was quickly reminded why I rely on them for all my plumbing needs. Scheduling was easy and met my needs, Michael was prompt and on time within the window provided. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the estimate, procured the required parts called in associate, Tate, and finished part of the job. They needed to come by the next day to finish the job - even though I was out of town, they said they came by and finished the job. I continue to wait for corrective action options as a result of their findings along with estimates. So far, there were no surprises. The final cost was the same as the original estimate. Michael and Tate were polite, kind and very personable.

Last Sunday Sept 28 when I called DC Drain. Because the shower at my sister's house wouldn't shut off (I'm visiting). Water was running for about 45 minutes already when the technician arrived. So I was just happy to see him. I found out his name is Robert Wiseneskie. While talking to him, I got the impression that he is very professional and knows his job. He explained to me throughly why the problem occurred and how he's going to fix it. He seem very nice and kind too. He finished the job in no time. Overall I'm very satisfied with his work. I gave his name and number to my sister just in case she'll need a plumber in the future. To be honest I was talking to three different plumbing (almost at the same time) company but decided to choose yours because the gentleman (i think his name is Steve) who took my calls are patient and understanding (I have a heavy accent). I think I called every 5 minutes to asked what time is the technician coming. I'm just happy that I chose your company. Beside the excellent service provided, your company has very reasonable price too. The shower is running good now. Again thank you Robert Wiseneskie
